This past winter the Prince George Gymnastics Club decided it was time to expand its registration process and launch an online registration system. Mag-Net developed a custom registration module for the Club, expanding Max to meet its unique situation. The resulting benefits demonstrate it was an excellent decision.

The online registration system has allowed the Club to reduce paperwork and shrink the normally long lineup of parents who, in the past, waited for up to 3 hours to sign up their children for gymnastics lessons. Most parents now register for classes online from the convenience of their home of office computer, a process that takes minutes instead of hours. Additional features include a waiting list for classes that are full, automatically calculated discounts, export to Excel, printable reports, and control over when registration opens and closes.

Along with the registration system, Mag-Net developed a new website that provides members with timely information on news and events happening within the Club. The website also works as a sales tool for the Club, providing prospective members with class information, schedules, and fees.
